A: Mantor Texts is a text message subscription service that will send you daily text messages to your phone that aim to motivate, educate, and help you improve your life. Mantor Texts is not a replacement for professional or medical help.

Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by texting "stop" to the phone number you have been receiving texts from, OR you can email [email protected] and ask to cancel your subscription. If you choose to email, please include your name, email address you signed up with, and phone number so we can be sure to cancel the correct subscription.

What if I want to cancel my subscription, but keep receiving Mantor Texts until the end of my billing period?
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, but still want to continue receiving texts until the end of your monthly term, DO NOT reply "stop" to the text messages we send you. By replying "stop", you will immediately cancel your subscription and no longer receive any text messages from Mantor Texts. Instead, send an email to [email protected] and let us know you'd like to cancel but keep receiving texts until the end of that billing period.

What is your refund policy?
Unless you were incorrectly charged by us and we can verify your payment was charged incorrectly, there are no refunds.

Will Mantor Texts work with ANY international phone number?
No, currently Mantor Texts will only work for U.S. and Canada mobile phone numbers. Must be able to receive SMS and MMS text messages.
